Kevin really dropped the ball on this thing. The book is replete with errors and missing info and laughably out of date. As an example, he gives a convoluted hour and a half RER journey to get from CDG airport to the resort, and never mentions there's a modern LTV train that gets you there without stops in 10 minutes. He says magic mornings are just for DL hotel guests when it's one of the top perks to buying the very cheap season pass. The photo pass info is all wrong too, but it might just be way out of date. We have not yet left for our Europe trip, but I've found this e-book already useful. I'm quite experienced navigating Disney parks, but there's plenty of basic info that could really help novices or folks that have not been to any Disney park recently. For the U.S. visitor there are plenty of insider tips specific to France that I can already tell will greatly help us given we are going in the middle of summer and crowds will be a big factor. Can't beat the price and I really like supporting anyone connected with the MiceAge group. Kevin Yee is one of their best contributors.
This book is short, but the price is also small. And if you've been to DW and DL, and you are not well versed at foreign cultures, this book does a great job at pointing out the differences.
A quick guide for visiting Disneyland Paris which provides some tips for making the most of your trip. The book is brief but the author makes it clear that this item is meant as a supplement to other guide books. I found the majority of the ride descriptions to be underwhelming, but it still made for an enjoyable and informative read while I was on the plane.
This book was good so fare as it went, but it really did not have a lot of information. I was able to read it in about fifteen minutes. I expected more review like information, especially of restaurants and attractions. While useful, I don't think it added any information that could not have been learned for free from DLRP informational websites (both official and unofficial).
This book is a joke, it is so small and has so little to read that I would call it an article rather than a book! Buyer beware this is a rip-off and you will be disappointed on how little this book is.
